The Matte Lighters are created with a powder coat that is applied electrostatically to the brass case. All Zippo windproof lighters are made in our factory in Bradford, PA. The matte lighters have a standard case shape featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. A distinctive lasered five-barrel hinge authenticates this lighter as genuine Zippo.
