The Layer closest to skin is appropriately, the most skin-friendly, made in an non-cushioned fine knit merino rich Fusiontech knit that is antibacterial and wicks moisture away from your feet. The outer layer, made from nylon, protects the third, a sophisticated Hydrotech waterproof breathable membrane, against abrasion from the boot. Class-leading lycra stretch and a performance fit, along with a flat toe seam and elastic arch support keeps the socks in place and doesn't cause unnecessary rubbing or any hotspots. Lycra knit through every course gives the sock Bridgedale's performance fit and together with the flat toe seam and elastic arch support ensure the sock remains in place and doesn't cause any hotspots. The stretch PU membrane and clever matrix lamination process that bonds the three layers of Bridgedale's Stormsock together ensure they have class leading stretch built right in, wear after wear.
