Our mandolin is easy to use and both very practical and functional for preparing and cutting fruit and vegetables, long or short, hard or fragile Thanks to its 2 types of blade, make either slices of vegetables for your gratins, tarts with fruits, juliennes of vegetables for your grated carrots or homemade planters. The julienne width is predefined at 3 mm. For the cutting thickness, our mandoline offers you 1.5 mm, 3 mm or 6 mm. The adjustment is easy thanks to the buttons located on its foot.
